Our company currently employs a large cross section of capabilities. Our 27 press range spans 5 tons up to 500 tons with both horizontal and vertical molding capabilities. Feel free to download our equipment list to understand the details of each press capability.
In addition to straight injection molding we also offer insert/over-molding capabilities when complex molded assemblies are required.
Our secondary operations also make Emu Plastics a one stop shop for fully decorated finished parts or assemblies. Production pad printing, hot foil stamping and assembly processes insure that you get the best bang for your buck.

Our QMS
Our Quality Management System is developed using the requirements of ISO 9001 2015 standards. This standard evaluates our entire management and production processes using a Risk and Opportunity review. This review defines the way we manage every aspect of a project. Individual Part Validation
Each process is developed using the same Risk and Opportunity method as our QMS. This process insures that we have looked at any opportunity to improve a part or process even before any mold steel is cut. The methodology is based on similar historic challenges and solutions. This is the beauty of having the decades of experience that we employ
We Are Not Alone
Our customers and their design engineers are a crucial part of our process development. No one knows the expectations of a finished part better than our customers. Our team will work with our customers to develop the most robust and efficient process that insures reduced development costs and time. Our mission is to delight the customer.
FIFO
Emu Plastics uses a simple but very effective method of insuring first in - first out delivery to our customers. Our MCR Process traces all individually certified materials continuously through the process. This allows us to trace any individual packages of finished goods all the way though the process to a shift, operator, date and specific lot of material. On a rare occasion that parts would need to be isolated we have the ability to quickly do it in our facility or at a customer facility.
OOPS!
There are those times when something is missed in a customer design or the need for a change arises. Emu Plastics has partnerships with 4 local tool shops that can make modifications to tooling quickly. No one wants to send their tools on vacation to a different part of the country when quick modifications can be done right here. We also have in-house tooling capabilities for minor repair, modification and maintenance. You are in good hands.

Our Facility
The Plant
Emu Plastics completed an expansion that adds 16,000 sq/ft to the original 40,000 sq/ft building. This expansion adds a potential for 30% increase in capacity and 30% additional warehouse space. The entire building is climate controlled and all lighting has been upgraded to highly efficient "daylight" intensity.
